Isabelle Liu has been a New York Life agent since 2021 and is associated with New York Life’s Houston General Office. She is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in Texas. She has been a member of the Texas Society of CPA since 2015 and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2020. She has had many years of experience in taxation and auditing. She graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Master of Science from Nanjing University, and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. She is also a registered representative for NYLIFE Securities and a financial advisor for Eagle Strategies.

As a Certified Public Accountant and investment advisor representative, her experience lies in the use of tax diversification methods and tax advantage vehicles to help customers establish personalized and effective asset protection plans to help them preserve wealth to the greatest extent. She offers a variety of products that can help clients meet a number of insurance and financial needs, including, but not limited to college funding, retirement, tax saving strategies, long term care insurance and lifetime income strategies. She works with clients on policy review, application and follow-up. Isabelle designs prudent and appropriate solutions for clients in risk reduction, asset preservation and growth, retirement, family wealth succession, and she helps clients implement these solutions.

She has many years of volunteer experience in various non-profit organizations. She was the President of Houston Society of Chinese American CPAs for 2022-2023. She was the President of Chinese America Relief Effort in 2022 and fundraised $27,000 and provided year-round school supplies for 600 students at Elmore Elementary School. She has been organizing a morning walking group in the Sugar Land area since 2015.
